Q: How many people work in engineering department and also in workshop?
A: 10 senior engineers and over 30 technical designers,Total with 200 employees.
Q: What types of files do you accept (drawings)?
A: UG,PROE,CAD,CAXA,etc.
Q: What’s the lead time?
A: It depends on the mold's size and complexity. Normally 3~7 days for mould design, 50~60days for mould production after deposit payment and mould design confirmed.
Q: What’s the payment term?
A: TT, L/C, Western Union. We will ask for down payment before production, and the balance paid off before shipment. Of course, we may also negotiate it.
Q: Do you make spare parts for your customer?
A: Yes, we will provide spare parts if needed.
Q:How many mold you make annually.
A:We supply Korea,USA,Russia clients for nearly 120 sets per year,together with other countries at least300 sets in total.
